Im asking is there any specific groups we have extremely good relations/alliances with like the cartel. And any that actively hate our guts besides just anti smuggler/pirate hate.

Yeah I know they are on the friendly list, but im wondering who our allies are. Like the arrangment we have with cartel.

the only people we have somewhat called allies are the Cartel so far.

What I was wondering. By the way you need to get ahold of the don of the cartel. He wants to talk about a treaty for ltc or some such.
